Agoda com - Agoda didn t pay to hotel

My booking is confirm with confirmation number and agoda customer care called me the day before I was traveling that booking is confirmed. When I reached hotel, hotel said booking is confirmed but payment is not yet done. Hotel allowed me to stay without taking any money but said if before checkout Agoda doesn't pay them then I have to pay the hotel. I came to celebrate my birthday but Agoda ruined it. Only * day left for checkout, still Agoda is playing by replying in email, payment issue will be resolved before checkout.
