Booking id *********. Booking confirmed and payment is taken by Agoda but the hotel says they don't have any dealing with Agoda.

Agoda customer care is non-existent. No call options. Help center can't be contacted on the telephone. Terrible experience. Had to book another hotel at ****/- per night charge. how can we get a refund of our booking.
