This has been the worst experience in my professional/business life, for the past * years I have been baking and sending delivers and recently started using Rapido.
The delivery agent DEMANDED TOLL MONEY when I refused it he asked the customer as well to pay multiple times and then when refused the agents dropped all bags deliberately or else how would you explain them all being torn and messed up i had to BAKE AGAIN send the parcel again.
It cost me Rs. **** and delivery cost of Rs. ***
after talking to the Rapido customer care I was assured that i would be compensated for the loss and Rs. *** is not good enough, I WANT A REFUND AND LOSS COMPENSATION OF Rs.**** in CASH.
I demand my compensation, i have been a loyal customer i wont bare the loss made by your agent deliberately.
