Alliance Nirman Limited - against the builder

I had booked two plot in Rudrapur (Uttrakhand) state Uttranchal in City One yojna under the builder Alliance Nirman Limited in ****. In this regards I had deposit Rs.*,**,***/- by account payee cheque. the owner of the company is Mr. Airvender Singh Bagga who residing at Bareilly (U.P.) The amount was deposited in Bareilly and Company Delhi office. Twelve years have been passed. I lodged complaint in U.P. Jansunbai portal vide complaint no.**************. In this complaint, my application was closed due to case of uttranchal govt. Further I lodged my complaint to uttrakhand Govt. vide complaint no.PG********* . three months have been passed. but no action could yet be taken against the builder. Builder is very powerful person. I request you to please do the needful.
