Kshitija Shivaji Mirkale filed complaint against Reliance Big TV on May 8, 2018
Reliance digital TV one day sent message saying you are lucky customer you pay Rs **** and have same package of channel for rest of * years.We confirmed it by talking to customer care and recharged our big TV account.
Two months later, hardly *-* channels are working.Relince digital TV customer don't care about the complaints.They either cut the call in middle of conversation or block your number because after few tries you cannot make call to them. Nicest thing they will say to you is wait for ** hours which is useless because after ** hours picture is same again.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
