Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a service pack from M/s PI Overseas Private Limited for Luxembourg Visa Permit on **/**/****. They has conducted audio interviews on Zoom for about * times, all of are fake. Then I apply refund application for a refund, I did, but now they saying saying that only **** will be refunded. That the remaining amount ***** is service charge. I want to ask for my full payment. But P I Overseas Private Limited is not refunding my money.
Please provide the necessary support.
