Krishna Bakery Raigarh Cg - Against Krishna Bakery raigarh cg

I have ordered one cake rs.*** on **.**.**** for my daughters *th birthday on **th november.
I have collected cake from krishna bakery shop on **rd november at *pm and made payment of rs.***.
When we celebrate the birthday function after cake cutting and after that we serve cake to all guests and children.They complent its taste is bitter.
All guest returned the cake plates and we collected from all children.
Instantly we complent to bakery but they denied to accept.
Next day on **th november we went to Krishna bakery along with remaining cake.We show them bill of payment also but they refuses to give any compensation,we requested them but they are very arrogent.
Note:*) we have krishna bakery bill payment receipt.
*) cake was in very decorative box,on which three contact numbers are given alongwith customer care.
