Agoda fab goa - Against booked fab hotel through agodq

When i booked i mentioned all details n also paid full amount but when i visit here in fab hotel in goa at that time the room which shown in image ( as it shown * king bed n * queen bed ) its not there in hotel and second i booked for * adults n * children but here they r saying to pay additional **** rs in hotel that too i m ready to pay but when they shown room only * bed is there and when i ask for refund they r saying only ** % you will get
Now its *.** pm and the check in time is **.** pm still we r waiting outside with children
No respose from agoda n hotel tooo
My full day waste today
But still waiting to solve issue
