Bajaji Finserv - Against Bajaj finance

In my account Rs *** was debited by bajaji finance
I was credited Rs.***** in my bank account by *hrs after that Rs.*** was debit by bajaji finance.This Rs.***** amount was pay to my son's college fees but unable to pay the fees because the amount was lesser than Rs.*****.
The Rs *** was debit by my account for last July month and I raised complaint and the amount was refund.
But Rs.*** was debit on Bajaj finance again.
The emi was closed in bajaji finance but unauthorised how bajaji finance can take amount in my account ?
The problems occur so many people in India i was just saw that in internet so many people raise complaint Rs.*** was debit by bajaji finance
Please resolve the problem
