​I am writing to express my strong disappointment regarding a pair of HRX shoes I purchased from Myntra on April **, ****.
​Despite using the shoes for less than a month under normal conditions, the sole has already developed a significant hole/tear (as shown in the attached images). This level of degradation in such a short period is unacceptable for a fitness brand that prides itself on performance and durability.
​While I understand the standard Myntra return window has passed, this is clearly a manufacturing defect and falls under product warranty. A sports shoe should not lose its structural integrity within ** days of purchase.
