Meesho reselling app - After the return initiated they picked up the product as well and not giving refunds

They have blocked my account which any information, and after that they are saying the product which are already returned refund will not be given on that, and no where in the policy it's mentioned about all this, without any warning how can they cheat, it's a fradualent
