This is bringing your notice that I am K Abhilash Kumar I visited your kolorsheathcare Miyapur Centre on **/**/**** at *:**pm I asked for treatment there suggested some package and I paid *,**,*** for service I asked for the bill there told there will send in WhatsApp. But unfortunately, I don’t receive any bill from Kolors and I don’t get any call/sms/message for the treatment. But i called on nov *th **** and asked for service there told on tuesday and wednesday it is holiday for them so they told me that i will update me for the service but till **/**/**** i don't receive any call or message from them then i called to there customer care number and raised the complaint there told there get back with in one hour even that day i don't receive any call from them. then wrote emailed my compliant then there call me and offering me other services and there are pleasing to take the service. I told them very clearly that I waited nearly one month but i don't get any service from you and I fed-up with Kolors. Now I request you that please refund my amount which I paid on **/**/****. I would be grateful if you could process it as earliest. Please let me know if you require any further information. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
