Vijay Sales Ltd - After sales service not provided for TV set under warranty

Videocon TV set is still under warranty. But Vijay Sales does not provide any service and support. The complaint was first raised on Oct **th, ****. It has been a mentally agonizing experience. Vijay Sales Ltd. is paying no heed to the complaint. Consumer complaint is raised over social media, in-person as well as on National consumer service(Docket number *******). Vijay sales have NOT sent anyone to our home till date to atleast have a look into the issue.
