JBL Party box 310 - After sale service q

I had purchased JBL Party box *** * months back, surprisingly the buttons stopped working after * months of purchase after which i had lodged a service complaint to resolve it, as of today * times the person has visited to check my speakers and assured me ** days of repairing or replacing it.
And till today i have called JBL customer support at least ** times and always i got to hear was that within ** days my problems would be resolved and its been * months i have been hearing that more over to torture the customer ( Me) i get an email almost ever ** days asking me weather my problem was resolved. LOL . its gonna be almost * year then they will say that the warranty period is over. I have no idea what to do , its a hell expensive product with no after sale service .
