videocon - After recharged channels not subscribe

Sir , Not functioning channel after recharged on **/*/****. In this regard I have complaint lodged on **/*/**** and **/*/** and also ,but not solved my problem till now. In these */* days I have been harassed by ** times talking to customer care and his superiors but they are not getting any solution. What shall I do..please do the needful sooner.
So please solve this sir ..am fully harassed ..
