Meesho order - After receiving the Product agent didn t complete my return pickup

I have a return order from meesho. On *rd august ****. Pickup assigned by shadofex partner Niranjan Biswal (+** ***** *****) he picked my order. Didn't complete my pickup. I had called him so many times to tell him that in my app my product still in an update of " Will be pickup" Please completey pickup. But he denied by saying I have done my job. Rest is your problems. Please help me to resolve my issue and so i get my refund.
