Labella skin hair slimming clinics gachibowli Hyderabad - After payment no response

Deepika called me for services she called me **-** times for registration. Finally i got register buy i said i will pay on monthly basis they force me for finance and crediT fare finance co they had so they only grant my finance i paid **** in cash n i paid * installment total amount is ***** . And i paid approximately *****.

My service was skin whitening and weight gain
Before registration they said they give this n that but after registration they didn’t give proper service also

* yellow peels and * Qswitch session n * hydra facial i took.for sessions also they are not following schedule or timings i only go from myself first doctor said between * session or other u need ** days time then they call me with in week i went and she said no its okay we can do and she gave cream for pigmentation after that i got reaction on my skin i called them many times no response from their side after many calls deepika respond and said i I’ll ask mam then she went no response then i went to nearby dermatologist aftet * days of treatment i m fine.
Den again i text them she said doctor was on leave before she was on leave she said she will discuss but no response till now. And the credit fare people calling me for EMI i dont want to continue service as i got reaction on my face they said inform label to draft a mail to credit fare will cancel your package.
Again i contact to labella priti or sonia mangers she said she will check n get back but no response till now.
They only respond till the payment was done after that no response

Service was worst worst worst
I didn’t get any change after * peels
Products which they are using tht was just sachets
And the doctor I dont no how they hired her
And the staff also just begging to buy tablets and other creams for more result like their manager i am not at all satisfied with * session also
I have total * yellow peels
* Q switch
* hydra facials
* mda facials
Diet charts i have in my package of ** k

I am just fed up with the calls of credit fare finance .
I don’t want to pay any amount now and i want refund also
Kindly help me and do the needful
