Erin collection - After ordering and payment no further updates came Nobody picked up calls or responded to emails

I placed an order for Rs.*** on Instagram and took screenshot of order confirmation after payment. It's been * days after order and I called ********** and emailed info.erincollection@gmail.com several times regarding order. The website doesn't let me in. They don't reply to my emails or pick up my calls. I can't find the ad I ordered from on Instagram. Please help.
