My Flower Tree - After cancellation request stale cake delivered

I had an order on My Flower Tree wide order id ****** dated *th March **** at **:** with the confirmation of delivery within * hours. Order item was cake for birthday on *th March’ **** for the surprise. After many times trying to contact for tracking of order, online chat customer care has confirmed that they are unable to delivery so I had requested that please cancel my order and they also confirm that. I raised a request for cancellation. Next date i.e *th march without communicating they had delivered the stale cake on the given address at ** pm while I have the request for cancellation because they are unable to deliver on the same date. Next date delivery is not meaning full its not a surprise for someone. Its bad joke. Regarding this issue I had chat with online chat customer care of my flower tree on dated *th march at evening they told that complaint team will contact you within ** hours after waiting for ** hrs again contact on dated **th March ****. Now they denied they will neither do anything, not refund nor compensation. Order and chat reference are attached for your reference. So request to you kindly take action on this issue.
