realme - After a software upgrade the phone no longer works properly

The phone has been in fantastic performance for a year. Extremely appealing feature, prompting me to recommend it to my friends. In fact, three of my friends purchased the realme phones from Amazon and Alwarpet branch, outlets as a result of my recommendation.
I recently updated my software, however the camera no longer properly focuses (escpecailly **M). The sample snapshot is shown below. The smoothness of the phone (*** hz) has also decreased, causing it to hang in critical instances. Because of this issue, my faith in your realme phones has been eroded. The warranty picture is provided below. Therefore, please fix my phone problem and don't force me stop recommending realme phones to others.
