Fastway cable Amritsar - After a month do not receive new set top box

I am new customer of fastway but I do not receive new set top box after a month.. I am paid already rs ****/-
And I did call many times ..but did not any satisfied answer from them .. I am very disappointed.plz resolve my complaint early..
