Aeron pay - Aeron pay is not refunding money after failed transactions

Aeron pay & Aeron fly are same entities don't deal with them,these are cheat & fraud companies, I did txns through aeron pay & even after failing of those txns they aren't refunding my money even confirming in writing on email & just talking sweet since long .For all frauds they should be severely punished.Now their app is also not showing on play store & none of the contact number is working.
