Rimpi Sharma filed complaint against Aegte on Oct 4, 2022
I order * products from Aegte, a cosmetic company in Gurgaon. They shipped only * products and charged for * products. I called them on their number and its been * weeks they never picked up the call, not even replying on the wts app number. Today when I sent a message that I am going to file a case against consumer court they reverted as give some time. Also, they do not have the courtesy to call on my number/update on the order. Kindly look into the issue.
