we have a supplier portal in meesho on *st march we had applied for auto adv in their portal on *th we asked to stop the same . *th we got a message it has been stopped but from *th march till **rd march we have been charged with **** approx and they are not refunding same daily they are saying we have passed to higher authority will get revert in **-** woring hours but to no awail.

Your ad budget will not be deducted if the customer only views your ad without taking any action. Additionally, you don't have to pay when creating the ad.
