I am a small level real estate agent. I am using facebook from past ** months to advertise properties . on *th october **** I tried advertising a property and invested Rs ****.** for the ad . The money got deducted from my bank account and got failed at Facebook's end. Same thing happened with my second ad on *th october ****. Now the amount was Rs ****. Since then I have been trying to get my money refund or atleast run an ad against that money. But all facebook is replying is that we are in process it will take time. its been more then ** days and i am not able to do any business this month, I am in great stress and worry, I am a very poor guy who is trying to to work to earn living.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
