Destino Events - Advance taken by Destino Event service not provided

On *th August ****, M/s Destino Events took advance of Rs. **** from me to provide Guitarist at Home service for **th August ****. However, on **th August they informed me that the Guitarist will not be able to come. Since then I have been following up with them to return my advance however they have clearly said they will not return my advance and to "do whatever you want". I have screenshots of their messages. I have been following up with them through calls and messages but they are not responding. I am also attaching the Google pay payment screenshot which was made to Destino Events on *th August ****. This is a fraud company.
