Preet Glass House - Advance Taken but the installation and delivery done for UPVC window

I placed an order for UPVC window at Preet Glass House on **-**-**** for which they promised delivery and installation in * days and they took the full payment , till now they have not installed the window and are not refunding my money I have visited them for countless times now , they are refusing to give money back , I have gone through mental harassment, arch of my home is left open for many days which is security threat for myself. please take strict action regarding this.
