A S Interior and Steel Crafts - Advance Refund

I gave an order for Safety and Mosquito Net gate to A.S. Interior (Mr. Asif) on **th of September and made advance payment of Rs. **** via Paytm to (Falak Fabrication) as A.S Interior does not have paytm account, so he provided the mentioned Paytm account of Falak Fabrication on which i make the advance payment. He assured me to deliver the gate within * days but after repeated followups he was unable to fulfill the said order and asked for more time for mosquito net gate and inform me to not able to deliver safety gate, but after ** days of yes and no he arrives with mosquito net gate with below par quality product for which i refuse to accept the material and sent him back with that material. Now i am continuously asking for my refund and he is making excuses on daily bases. Please help me to get back my amount.
