I booked * double bedrooms from *.*.**** to **.*.**. Advance amount of Rs ***/- had been given through neft of state bank of india goabagan branch kolkata on **.*.**** of total Rs ****/-. But due to covid ** all the trains cancelled and I could not go. I inform the hotel about this and the hotel agreed to return my advance Rs ***/- in a few days. But more than a one month over the hotel does not return my money and when I contacted the hotel made unnecessary excuse. Everywhere banking operation is smooth all over india and sending of money is not a difficult task though the hotel did not send the money yet.
