Terrible experience...They have vanished after receipt of the advance payment. We have planned our trip in June ****. Due to lockdown we can't make the trip. As per written terms and conditions, we supposed to get full refund. After calling them *** times, Mr. Rajesh Thakur said refund will be done in * weeks. Also forced us to delete our reviews in google. I have their terms and conditions and screenshot of every chat. Now they are denying refund and asking to reschedule.
