Hoppershine Industries Pvt. Ltd. - Advance paid against Atom Ice cream machine

I have paid an advance of Rs **,*** to Hoppershine on **th April against which they have confirmed that dispatch will be on **th May ** without fail. Since that time they are running away from supply and refuse to take the call. Whenever I have interaction with Mr Avinash, Steve or John they are always buying time to refund my money. I was a support to start this business in May because of summer. Because of non-supply of the machine I have almost loss of * lacs rupees. Kindly also find attached invoice of the same in which I have paid **% advance.
