Advaith Motors Pvt Ltd Mangalore - Advance amount refund cum Hyundai Creta Booking

I had booked a Creta Hyundai (Diesel Base Model) at Advaith Motors PVT. LTD. Mangalore on **/**/**** by Paying Rs *****/- via NEFT. They had promised its delivery on or before **/**/****. It was essentially required to utilize my LTC cash benefits provided by the Central Government. In the last minutes, they had withdrawn their promise. It affected me mentally a lot. No money can compensate it. In the month of April ****, I cancelled my booking and asked them to refund my advance amount. They had not yet refunded.
