Not applicable - Advance amount of 500 Rupees collected without doing any job

Tejashwini bearing Mobile No ********** from Packers and Movers - Magic Bricks called me on **th June ****, that she will take care of shifting of Materials for moving to one location to other location, she has given lot of false commitment, and told to pay *** as an advance against total amount of ****, as directed i paid the amount of ***rs Order id ******** was generated, after that her Phone number was switch off, only means of communication for once through WhatsApp, after that she doesn't want to reply, They had not done anything to me, I waited till **.** Hrs, but nothing was happening, I sent a message that to refund the amount of ***rs, but she doesn't respond for any mail, in such case for deceiving, harassing mentally & financially to the customer, so i want to file a defamation suit of Two Lakhs against the Magic Bricks and also against the fraudulent lady so that it should not be done to other customers
