Devils on Wheelz - Advance amount is not being returnted or adjusted

In ****, I booked a Leh Ladakh travel package for five individuals, making an advance payment of **% amounting to **** per person, totaling *****. Due to the surge in COVID cases that year, the trip was canceled. Attempting to secure a refund during the pandemic due to financial constraints, I was assured by the travel agency that the amount would be adjusted in future trips. Fast forward to ****, as I plan the trip, I requested the adjustment of the advance amount, only to be informed that the payment is now considered canceled after four years. Despite no prior communication on this matter, the travel agency is refusing to honor the promise made, and I find myself in a situation where my hard-earned money has been held by them for the past four years.
