Since then, I have been consistently following up with the university to obtain the results of my admission application. However, despite numerous attempts to communicate with their officials, I have not received any satisfactory response or been provided with the outcome of my application.

What is even more disconcerting, Your Honor, is that I have received information from internal sources within the university, who wish to remain anonymous due to the potential repercussions of their actions, that the seats for the MCA program are already filled, and the university is continuing to collect admission form fees from students like myself. This revelation casts a shadow of doubt on the integrity and fairness of the admission process at Amity University.

I believe that this situation not only violates my rights as a consumer but also raises serious ethical and legal concerns. I have attached copies of all relevant documents, including my admission application, payment receipts, and email correspondences with the university, as evidence supporting my claims.

Your Honor, I kindly request your assistance in addressing this matter and ensuring that justice is served. I seek the following remedies:

An immediate investigation into the admission process of Amity University, Noida, to determine if they have unfairly collected admission fees under false pretenses.

A directive to Amity University, Noida, to provide a clear and timely response regarding the status of my MCA admission application.

Appropriate action against the university, including penalties if found guilty of unethical or unlawful practices.

Any other remedies deemed necessary by the court to rectify this situation and protect the rights of students seeking admission to Amity University.
