I've take admission for MBA in Marketing Management from IGNOU on September *th. I've recently completed my graduation I will receive my degree certificates on **** Jan or Feb in IGNOU we couldn't do admission without documents as I got to know that after admission done I've keep on trying for cancellation and refund but no response from IGNOU. I've reached rc of mine they told they can't do anything just mail IGNOU so I'm raising this complaint.
