Aditya birla housing finance - Aditya birla housing loan not providing LOD LETTER AND FORECLOSURE DOCUMENTS

I have been asking to aditya birla since june and july **** that please give my list of documents (LOD) , foreclosure documents but they are not giving. And they make fake statements that they hsve called you mobile phone unreachable, mobile ringing not picking, complaint resolved like this they are giving reply but not giving the documents which are asked.
