OPPO - Additional package not delivered

I bought a OPPO F** PRO Diwali Edition phone for by wife and my uncle which comes with a powerbank. However the the retailer BAJAJ ELECTRONICES who sold it said that the company has not dispatched the power banks yet. Its been nearly * months now and dont see any follow up. Even emailed OPPO Support but they are just asking repetitive questions requesting the same info round and round.
