Oyo Life - Additional charges over rent

On booking only electricity charges I need to be pay was assured by the oyolife sales guy and now in new mail from oyolife maintenance charges also need to provide. I have called and reported in customer care number but they are saying from September month they have started this. Please help me to resolve this.
