Central Mall Gurgaon at MG Road - Additional Charges for Rs 12

I visited Central Mall Gurgaon at MG Road (Near Iffco Chowk) for shopping on this Friday **/**/****; where I purchased goods for about **** Rs. I was asked for carry bag which I was in bit need however they charged me Rs ** additional. I reminded them that it is against the law that you cant charge for carry bags which really does your brand advertisement however their billing staff was not in agreement. Finally, I paid unwanted additional Rs **/- charges. On the same side; again the bag is even not reusable and they have printed all their logo's and name at each side of the bag.
I would like my charges to get revert along with compensation through your this site.
For the same, attaching the required documents in the first front.

Central Mall Gurgaon at MG Road – Central wallet of future pay not accessible Closed
I had some amount in Central wallet in future pay app of around rs ****/- but I am not able to access it post COVID. How can I use the amount now since I am not able to login to future pay app.
