Airtel Bank Payment - Adding money to wallet trasaction failed but amount deducted from bank account

Hi.
I'm Ramees. My airtel money wallet number **********. When i try to add money to my airtel wallet. My money was debit from my debit card. Unfortunatly money not added to my wallet.
Please check and take nessesary action against my complaint.

Airtel Bank Payment – Mpin expires can t change mpinClosed
My previous mpin has expired and I have my money stuck in my Airtel payments account , there is no other way to reset the mpin , they are asking for previous data which is impossible to remember , please help.
