I have been recently married and suddenly i was supposed to move out of Telangana state and then I asked my Team Lead i want a loss of pay leave but he said like you can abscond I will give you the relieving letter so please don’t worry and go.So, I believed his words and went out of state as required so finally on the day i got my relieving letter it was mentioned as Terminated due to abscence.If this is the case i would have went to the office and atleast worked for **days if required but they only informed me not to come and finally in the letter mentioned as Terminated which is really a big break through for my entire career as i have * years of experience.Now i am unable to get any job because of this and i am thinking to die because if this.Please take some action upon the company and do me the needful
