I made purchases from Trendz store, Malancha super market, Ward no **, Paschim Midnapore, Kharagpur, West Bengal ****** on **.**.**** at **** hrs. The amount of purchase was Rs. ****.**
At the billing counter no one briefed us about the gifts worth the amount. We later came to know from some other person. A purchase of belt was also made, since some extra perforation was to be made we asked for them to do it but they did not. Such unprofessional attitude of the staff is not to be tolerated. I being a senior citizen and an old customer of Trendz should be compensated for my harrassment. Hope you take up the issue on a serious note and revert back to me.
