Hemanth filed complaint against Sun Direct on Aug 26, 2019
I use Sun Dth and I have subscribed to HD Pack and few channels are not available in my pack so I opt for Add ons,
Similarly I activated Sony Six on *rd and Sony Ten on *th of August and till date those channels are yet to be activated,
I even called there Customer care and raised the issue but it's been. More Than **days I am yet to get solutions,
There CC number is always busy so I raised issue via mail and with out even getting confirmation issue is resolved and they called and said even validety can't be extended.
So I am not sure how to contact them and they hardly call back help address the issue to get my packs activated with extended validity.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
