ADD GEL PEN - ADD GEL ACHIEVER NON DRY GEL Ink Pen

I have been using the ADD GEL ACHIEVER NON DRY GEL Ink Pen for many years, earlier the refill inside was filled up till top. But now when we purchase the brand new pen from the stationery shop the refills are **% and charges will be taken full by the customer. When asked in the stationery shop they told me this pen is coming from the manufacturer and we cant help in this matter. This is a one type of cheating with customers
on online websites like amazon, flip kart, shop clues & etc.
They Advertise will ***% ink refilled inside the pen.But the fact is we get **% of it when I purchased from the store don't know why?
