I applied for electricity connection through jhatapat portal.
JE approved the application form without investigate the area of the line.
My house is on the *st no. of Village where * electric pole is stand without electric line.
After a month of connection, electric employees came at my house today(**/**/****) with electric meter.
They told me that they not given the line yet and only I have to use my private line on that pole now.
They also start the bill aprox *** per month without meter reading or without line or electricity in my house
So i request to either give us the line on the pole near my house or do not give us the bill until electricity did not come in mu house.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
