GJ 01 UY 3866 - Activa not delivered

Recently Activa fraud happened with me . I am looking for activa on olx. com and i found Honda Activa *g. GJ ** UY ****. So, i called him on mobile number +** ***** *****, that guy give his identity as an Indian Army soldier Vikas Patel. Working in gandhinagar chiloda army camp. He send me activa photos and RTO registration papers. Also his army grocery card. So, I believe he is genuine guy. And he offered me home delivery of activa in army transport. I asked him if i don’t like your activa then so, he said no problem you can return same time. After that he ask me for Aaddar card for preparation of document for activa clearnce from army camp. After that he asked me to transfer Rs **** as an security via paytm. Also he siad if you don’t like activa then same time our army driver will return your money in cash. So after so many discussions i have transferred Rs ****. After that he send me delivery order. He said tomorrow you will get delivery on your address. Next day morning he called me to inform that activa is on the way. After ** min i got call from another guy saying that he is army driver. He said i have to transfer Rs *****+ *** for activa gst clearance so, I refused to pay that money and i said First delivered Activa then i will pay the money. After that they starting convincing me to pay that money. So i feel this is fraud and told them I don’t need your activa so cancel our deal and return my money Rs **** after that they start ignorance of my calls.
