I wanted act fiber at my place, applied online, a guy from act got in touch said payment has to be done in advance for free installation, so I paid at the time… It’s been * days, installation hasn’t been done , no one picks calls or replies to text, I just want a refund, I could’ve got some other provider to install at my place by now if they hadn’t taken the full money in advance and now they’re not responding
