Acer India Pvt Ltd - acer warranty fraud

my acer laptop purchased date * July **** to today date ** November **** manufacture defect but not resolve complaint and only wasting time and my money these is warranty fraud. that has going *** days still the company service center not recognized issue and they take * months laptop into their acer service center and still not resolve and not replacement of my laptop.
i purchage laptop for online study and complete my master degree file semester project and all my work and study are distrust or incomplete and they have take my laptop two or more months into their service center and still they not can't able to detect issue and not give a proper solution...sir please communicate the company and replace my laptop or refund money so i purchase a new laptop .
