Ford India - Accountability for Car damaged by ford dealership

On *th April yesterday , I used Ford Roadside Assistance as my car’s gear had gotten stuck in free mode. The vehicle was towed to the service center (Gautambudh Ford, Noida)by your authorized team. However, upon arrival and during handling at the service center, your staff carelessly drove the vehicle into a cement structure, causing significant damage to the entire front portion of the car.
To be absolutely clear:
This vehicle has never been in any accident since the day of purchase.
This is the first time it has sustained such serious damage, and that too due to the negligence of Ford-authorized personnel.
This has caused not only visible damage but also distress, loss of time, and a permanent dent to the vehicle’s value — something no responsible brand should allow from its service network.
I request immediate action and resolution of the following:
Complete repair of all damages at the service center’s cost, using only original Ford parts and ensuring factory-level paint finish.
Since paint match is never ***% accurate, all adjacent panels, including doors, must be repainted to maintain uniformity and avoid visual mismatches.
A formal written acknowledgment of fault from both the service center and Ford India.
Compensation for depreciation in resale value, now that the vehicle carries an accident record due to no fault of mine.
*–* complimentary full-service coupons, covering labor and consumables, as part of goodwill and service recovery.
Reimbursement for any potential insurance impact, such as loss of No Claim Bonus or increased premium, if a claim is raised.
Important: I will not be using my personal insurance to cover this damage. This is clearly a result of your service center’s mishandling, and the entire liability lies with the dealership. Any attempt to shift the burden onto my insurance will be considered unacceptable.
Appropriate monetary compensation for the inconvenience, loss of time, and distress caused by this incident.
Dealership repaired the car by their own but not following quality and now pushing me to accept car in same state
